Breathe into your heart – breathe out from your heart – May we not waste a moment withholding love. -Max Strom
It’s been a long time since I have posted any blogs, thoughts or encouragement. I wanted to return in a place where peace prevails. To share my thoughts and feelings of encouragement with anyone wishing to come along for the journey.
Good to be back.
Look! See how much you’ve changed. See the difference in your perspective. Remember all those years you were so fearful, trying to peek ahead, trying to see what the future held. Remember how upset you got, how uncertain and abandoned you felt because you didn’t know the plan. Now life
has taken you to a new place, a new place for you but a place that is
ancient. All along, you were not suppose to be getting the answers
about what the future held. You were supposed to be learning the
magical way of trust and inner guidance, learning to feel your way
through, trusting and committing to your vision, your energy, your
purpose, your place, each day and moment along the way. You were
supposed to be learning to allow the universe to magically unfold and
trust that it would. You have been learning this lesson. You have been
learning it well.See how you delight in life’s magic now, the
surprises, the not knowing, the absolute trust in the universe to bring
you your answers, manifest your visions, and help you when you can’t
quite see. See how much you cherish your relationship to the universe,
a relationship so much broader and more encompassing, so much more
vital than you could ever before imagine. See how joyfully you walk
your path, enjoying all the sights, opening your heart to loved ones
and strangers. See how benevolent it really is when you are not
able to see ahead. Not knowing has taught you about life’s magic. It
has connected you to yourself and to the universe. It has connected you
to God. Not knowing has taught you to know more than you could ever imagine.
I see so much going on in the world around us…so much unrest…so much hate and anger…sometimes it starts to get me down…like today my heart feels heavy with this burden on our world…what are the answers…why won’t people see…why is greed and power so much more important to Governments, Presidents, Local Officials than human life and human love…I JUST DON’t GET PEOPLE…I know not everyone feels this way but why do the ones who are peaceful or just wanting a better life for their families held hostage, killed, tortured for just wanting a better life when those people in charge keep taking, hurting and making choices which effect not just themselves but whole countries…Trust ME this will not keep me down and I still believe Good will win out in the end but at what cost??? This is just the tip of the iceberg of the feelings I am feeling today…I just felt the need to share and vent my frustrations for this moment…and maybe cry a bit for the people who have lost soooooo much…My prayers are with the world in crisis…My loving energy will always be used to empower people…Men, Women, and Children…especially the children for they have no voice…they just trust…I don’t want them to learn to hate, to be sad, to wonder where their Mom’s and Dad’s are…to learn to not want to live at such an age where they should be playing, learning, growing in a loving, SAFE, environment………

I will love you no matter what. I will love you if you are stupid, if you slip and fall on your face, if you do the wrong thing, if you make mistakes, if you behave like a human being – I will love you no matter.
Wouldn’t it be nice if there were just one person in our lives who loved us no matter what our faults? And wouldn’t it be equally nice if we, too, could love just one person in the same way?
Love is not an easy emotion for us to feel. In the past we may have associated feelings of love with negative feelings such as pain, hurt, rejection, or disappointment. But we can put the negative feelings aside and learn how to feel love as a positive emotion.
Love does not necessarily mean sexual attraction or commitment. Love can simply be seeing someone for who he or she is, whether that person is a friend, coworker, boss, family member, or lover. To show love, we can keep our actions simple – by making a phone call, writing a letter, or sharing a hug. Let’s show someone we care.
Today’s thought from Hazelden
Love is….. the ability and willingness to allow those that you care for to be what they choose for themselves, without any insistence that they satisfy you.
